Having almost hit 90 years (OK as of yesterday one year short) I am thinking it's time to bow out of the pen trade. 1. Sheaffer Snorkel "Statesman" set, in deep red with gold-filled hardware, original band reading "medium" still on pen, Palladium triumph neb. $160.
2. Sheaffer ballpoint and pencil set, circa 1965. Personalized "Mary S Reaves" on both pieces. Pen needs new ballpoint refill. In original Sheaffer box. $20.
3. Gold Medal Pen and Pencil set, circa 1944, Wide jewelers' cap bands, 14 kt. medium nib, lever fill, military-style clip, ink-vu on barrel, deep burgundy plastic. Reduced to $120.
4. Classic style Cross ballpoint and pencil set, black matte metal finish, circa 1960. Pencil uses twist propel mechanism, ballpoint writes. $35.
5. Wearever pen and pencil set, similar to classic Sheaffer style with wide jeweler's cap bands, circa 1950, gold-plated nib similar to Waterman's Taperite, lever fill reduced to $45.
6. Wearever pen and pencil set in original box, circa 1955, lever fill, resembles Sheaffer valance, with gold-plated nib similar to Waterman's Taperite. Metal caps with green plastic barrels, lever fill. Reduced to $50.
