I have lowered the prices a bit on this cool group of Marlen and Krone pens from the early 2000s. There are some nice pens here, and some pens that are scarce these days! Most of these appear to have been used or at least dipped, but several are New Old Stock. All have boxes and papers. Please have a look!
Prices include insured USPS Priority Mail shipping. Overseas shipping at cost. There may be some COVID-19 issues that preclude shipping to some countries. First ‘I want it’ gets it. Payment by Paypal. If you have any questions, feel free to send a message.
Left to Right:
1. Marlen Rinascimento, Olive Resin and Sterling Silver, 18k M, C/C Filler- Here’s one of the earliest production Marlen designs. The Rinascimento is a thin, sterling silver fountain pen with a resin cap and section. The hallmarked sterling silver has a lined pattern and the resin is a deep pearlized olive color. Beautiful pen. Medium 18k nib. Excellent condition, could use a little polish. Comes with converter, box, and papers, though box is mis-marked. $160 Shipped
2. Marlen Marc Chagall LE, Orange Ebonite, 18k M, C/C Filler- The Chagall is one of the cooler Marlen designs, with a tapered form and a cap that screws on to post. This is the original LE versions, in orange ebonite with sterling silver trim. Appears to have been inked but looks new. Comes with box and papers. #160/996 $350 Shipped
3. Marlen Dot Com, Amber, 18k M, Piston Filler- Nice pen in a translucent yellow/amber resin with sterling silver trim. This one comes with two 18k nib in medium. Fills by a captive converter type piston filler. Sharp pen! Appears NOS, box and papers. $180 Shipped
4. Marlen Eclisse, Milky Way, 18k F, C/C Filler- The Marlen Eclisse was a cool series where the cap is slightly offset from the pen itself, so when you unscrew the cap or screw it on to post, it sort of orbits the pen, until is gets to the end of it’s travel and lines up properly with the pen. This one has a deep blue resin with swirling veins of brown. This one comes with a two toned 18k nib in fine. Fills by cartridge or converter, which is included. This one appears to have been inked, but looks new. Comes with box and papers. $200 Shipped
5. Marlen Eclisse, Whirlpool, 18k M, C/C Filler- The Marlen Eclisse was a cool series where the cap is slightly offset from the pen itself, so when you unscrew the cap or screw it on to post, it sort of orbits the pen, until is gets to the end of it’s travel and lines up properly with the pen. This one has a warm brown resin with swirling veins of darker brown. This one comes with a two toned 18k nib in fine. Fills by cartridge or converter, which is included. This 2002 LE is crafted in deep blue resin with a bit of gold and silver dust to give it some sparkle. There’s a sterling silver section band showing a map of the original 11 countries that adopted the Euro. Each country is also represented by a star on the sterling silver and vermeil clip. Features the Marlen two toned 18k nib in medium. Fills using a piston filling mechanism. Looks new, comes with box and papers. #550/2002. $395 Shipped
