So, the deal with this pen is this.

As you will be able to see from the photos when I get them posted it is in need of repair. I loaned it out to a friend who then proceeded to muck it up. That is a long story, but I at least have the pen back. The piston knob, piston drive and shaft turn out of the barrel as a unit.

I sent it to MB USA pen repair and it must go to Germany for evaluation and repair. The cost to send it is $100 which I believe goes toward the repair costs.

I don't know what the repair will cost, but it should be less than $400 I would guess. The repair has to be initiated by your nearest MB Boutique.

So, my offer is this, pay me $400 for the pen and send it off and get it back near new from MB for much less than the asking price.

Or, maybe be so kind as to who privately in the US could repair it for me.

Right now I'd just as soon sell it to someone who would like to get it repaired.

If you're interested let me know. I am not interested in selling it for less than $400 shipped in the USA. Eventually I will have it repaired. I'm in no hurry.
