The gold-plated cap of the Edition 4810, whose shape evokes that of a column, is sumptuously decorated with lotus flowers that stand out on a black lacquer background. Golden veins mysteriously run through the body of resin and black marble.
The Medium (M) 18-karat gold nib is engraved with a stylized ram's head, a symbol of the god Amon, a reference to Alexander the Great, who was recognized as the son of Ammon on earth by an oracle.
The pen, complete with the brand's star logo on the cap top, is piece number 3909 out of the 4810 that have been produced.
The pen offered for sale is in sealed condition with lacquered wood display box, illustrated inner box, International service certificate and white dust cardboard box.
