1. Stipula Etruria Maki-E, Gold Dust and Raden, 14k .9 Stub Nib, C/C Filler- This is a beautiful full sized Stipula Etruria fountain pen, with gold dust and raden maki-e by Master Katsunobu Nishihara. This pen dates to 2009 and is a limited edition of 10 pens. This is #2. The black barrel has a really dense coating of gold dust at both ends, and multi colored raden near the the center, over a black resin pen. The clip is vermeil, and the 14k yellow gold nib is a .9mm stub. As far as I can tell, this pen is brand new and hasn't been inked. Comes with the original box and all paperwork, converter, and a single ink cartridge. SOLD!
2. Stipula Etruria Maki-E, Gold/Copper Dust and Raden, 14k .9 Stub Nib, C/C Filler- This Etruria Maki-e features a galaxy design with swirls of gold and copper dust- I think I see some silver dust in there too but can't be sure- along with raden over black resin. This pen is signed by the Nishihara, and is #2/20. This one has the original box and papers from Stipula, as well as converter and cartridge. But it doesn't have the card naming the artist. The signatures match from pen to pen, so this one is obviously also the work of Nishihara. The pen is brand new and never used, and looks it. There's a bit of a patina on the clip, which is hallmarked .925. The nib is a yellow gold .9mm stub. SOLD!
3. Stipula Etruria Maki-e, Eggshell and Raden, 14k B Nib, C/C Filler- This Etruria Maki-e is called Nightfall, and features crushed eggshell carefully arranged at both ends, with strips of blue and violet raden spiraling through the center. The cast sterling silver clip on this is in the shape of a katana, and has the letters E M W. It's developed a bit of a patina. The pen itself is #2/10, signed by Master Nishihara, and features a card indicating such. This edition is from 2009. The uses a 14k white gold broad nib, and fills by cartridge or converter. The pen comes with all original packaging, including converter and ink cartridge. SOLD!
4. Stipula Etruria Maki-e, Dragon and Phoenix, 14k M nib, C/C Filler- This Etruria Maki-e has a beautiful dragon and phoenix design, hand painted by Master Katsunobu Nishihara. The phoenix on the cap features a substantial amount of gold dust, as does the dragon on the barrel. There is a little bit of raden in the background. This pen uses a 14k yellow gold medium nib. It features the katana 'EMW' clip, which may be vermeil. It has developed an interesting patina with a bit of green in it...so perhaps there's also some copper dust in this one. This edition is from 2010. The pen is #2/10, is new and uninked, and comes with all original packaging, including authenticity card signed by Master Nishihara and cartridge and converter. SOLD!
