... in yesterday's meet no team was shown other than TWU; I have to assume that it was some sort of “technical” issue, the announcers never acknowledged that the video was only of TWU. I requested a full refund, & was told I had watched more than 110-minutes of content (including part of the archive of the previous meet) ... so they “could not” issue me a refund. After a follow-up e-mail, they replied that they had reviewed my request and were going to issue a full refund ... they had several other complaints about lack of coverage of all but one team!)
