This week’s rankings, after week six, based on average score … OSU, with a fifth meet & second highest score of the season, 197.175, remains “unofficially”**, 10th!! (preseason rank: 19th) … OSU’s highest rotation score was Floor with a 49.550 (2nd highest rotation score of the season!)
Ranks of the teams #7 to #15 same as last week!
A 197.225 for OSU on Monday would mean a tie, on average, score with #9 Mizzou!
(Rankings will soon change to NQS: Take the highest 6 scores (for team or individual ranking), that include three away meet scores, drop the high, and average the remaining 5 scores to get the NQS. OSU will have our first NQS after the 2/16 meet @DU, but will still be counting the 195.775A score from Oceanside … with potential to drop it after the 2/21 Metroplex meet!
If everything is working as it “should”, NQS Rankings will start Monday 2/17 … when only #21 Denver & #47 Air Force (or top-58+) will not have an NQS!!)
