... as best I can understand the NCAA eliminated NLI's on October 9th ... so effective for this "signing" class (2025-26) ... the student-athletes will be signing a financial aid agreement, it eliminates the NLI requirement that the S-A complete a full academic year at the school they sign with, but does still stop other schools from recruiting communications with that S-A.
