Jade Carey competed as part of Team USA in the 2024 Paris Olympics on Sunday July 28th in Qualifications … Jade started her competition on Floor in the second rotation … she performed a “watered-down” routine, and had problems with her last pass, falling out-of-bounds** … then on to Vault, she had two very good vaults scoring a 14.433 average … qualifying to Apparatus Finals in 3rd place (of 19 gymnasts performing two vaults)! The Team went on to finish 1st in Team Qualifying, with Simone & Suni qualifying to AA Finals, and in Apparatus Finals (besides Jade) were Simone on Vault, Beam, & Floor, Suni on Bars & Beam, and Jordan on Floor!!

In Team Finals on Tuesday July 30th, Jade competed on Vault only (they put up the top-3 scoring gymnasts on each event in Team Finals) in the first Rotation Jade scored a 14.800 on her Cheng vault, improving on her 14.666 from qualifications! The Team went on to win Team GOLD!!
