My "stab" missed the mark ... at placing the non-seeded teams ...

My excuse is, one, I did it pretty quickly, ... and also I didn't know they were "going back" to placing the non-seeded teams in 4 "Pods" of 5 teams and trying to distribute one team from each "Pod" to each Regional. That, plus geography resulted in #28 Arizona having to "Play-in" to Regional Second Round although not being in the #29-#36 "Pod"!

I only got 7 of the 20 non-seeded teams placed in the correct Regional!
