Episode 1 (4/2/2019): “A Test of Friendship”, Phoebe & Amelie training in preparation for the Youth Olympic Games qualifying competition for Europe (23 June 2018) … only one gymnast can qualify for Great Britain. Travel to Baku, podium training, and then the competition. Amelie qualifies by finishing 6th AA … Phoebe is the 1st reserve by finishing 10th AA (1.001 behind Amelie with her fall on beam).

Episode 4 (4/16/2019): “Everything To Lose”, Phoebe & Amelie participate in the Gym Stars Challenge (most cartwheels in 30sec on beam) against Amy Tinkler (2016 Olympic Medalist for the UK).

Episode 8 (5/14/2019): “We Can Be Heroes”, Includes the announcement of Phoebe & Amelie being selected to represent the UK (July 2018) at the European Junior Championships in Glasgow. Phoebe & Amelie participate in the Gym Stars Challenge (hand-stand turns) against Nile Wilson & Amy Tinkler (2016 Olympic Medalists for the UK). Phoebe & Amelie train for Europeans (with 3 other Juniors) and the UK Senior Gymnasts at the National Sports Center in Lilleshall.

Episode 9 (5/21/2019): “For The First Time Ever”, Phoebe & Amelie training/competing at the European Championships in Glasgow (3 Aug 2018), where GBR won Team Bronze & Amelie wins 4 individual medals. Episode 14 (6/25/2019): “Only One Can Go”, Amelie travels to Argentina (October 2018) to represent Great Britain at the Youth Olympic Games … her 1st time traveling to an international competition without Phoebe in three years! The last day in the gym before she travels to the YOGs, Phoebe sets up a surprise going away celebration. Phoebe + 2 teammates + two coaches gather to watch Amelie’s competition on a laptop … where she wins a Silver Medal in the AA. Almost as much screen time(if not more) for Phoebe as Amelie in this episode!

Episode 15 (7/2/2019): “When the Going Gets Tough”, Amelie returns straight to the gym after 3 weeks in Argentina (Oct ’18) … Phoebe & Amelie start working on upgrades to prepare for the beginning of their Senior season … Amelie shown working on her floor choreo, & Phoebe was working on bars, her low-to-high bar release combo (clear-hip Schaposh to Full-twisting Pak Salto).
