but Phoebe increased her Bars score from 13.000 in qualifying to 13.100 to win Bronze!!
(She had actually qualified 4th, behind 2 in her Master competition & the winner on the Open that had scored a 13.067 in the Open comp... & 12.7 in Finals for 4th.)
On Floor she finished 4th!
