The competition runs from ~2:55am PST to ~6:30am PST. (PST starts at 2am PDT Nov. 3rd!)
There are 10 teams ... each team's male & female gymnasts compete immediately after each other.
There are 4 rounds/rotations... after the 1st rotation, the bottom 2 teams are eliminated, scores carry over to rotation 2,... after rotation 2 the Top-4 teams compete in two semi-finals (Teams 1 vs 4 & Teams 2 vs 3) starting from 0 scores. The loosers of the Semi-Finals compete in the Petite Final for Bronze/4th, the winners compete in the Grand Final for Gold/Silver! (Scores reset to 0 for Finals as well I think.)
It looks like start order will be drawn after the gymnasts arrive in Zurich on Oct 31st. Looking at a number of previous Swiss Cups, it seems the format changes often, but from last year (with a different format) ... I think the gymnasts choose which of 4 (or 6 for men) apparatus they compete on in each round, without repeating an apparatus at least in 1st 2 rounds (possibly 3),then are allowed to repeat one in the Final.
