Here is the official website of the World Championships: 2017 Worlds
Worlds format ... for the Women is a 4-member team, 3 up on each event in qualifications, top 24 all-arounders compete in an AA final (max 2 per country), top 8 on each apparatus (max 2 per country) qualify to event finals.
See “The Gymternet” for previews of the World Championships ... here is a link to the Vault Preview (it includes top 15 vaulters’ best 2-vault average score (Jade T-8th), best 2-vault difficulty total (Jade T-1st), & average 2017 score (Jade 3rd)). USA Gymnastics is going to be providing LIVE streaming of much of the Championships (for US residents) on their YouTube Channel. You can watch the live streams on usagymworlds.com or on YouTube … here is the LIVE Streaming Schedule
There will be some Cable & Broadcast TV coverage (Olympic Channel, NBC Sports Network, & NBC) … some LIVE (maybe even on the west coast?) … here is the USA Gymnastics page with some more details (Eastern Times shown): Live Coverage

Podium Training - Sunday October 1st at 4pm Pacific Time (2-hours, coverage of USA)
Qualifications – Wednesday October 4th at 4pm Pacific Time (2-hours, coverage of USA, Japan, & China)
AA Finals – Friday October 6th at 4pm Pacific Time (3-hours?)
Vault & Bars Finals – Saturday October 7th at 10am Pacific Time (3-hours)
Beam & Floor Finals – Sunday October 8th at 10am Pacific Time (3 hours)
