Christmas dive in the tunnels of the "Deep Flooded Mine"

On Sunday, Sandra Clopp and I did three dives at the mine. This video was of our second dive, when I showed her the tunnel system. We entered thru the Garlock Tunnel and proceeded into the Wright Gallery to the end of the line and returned. Conditions surprised me as I was expecting much better vis, as no one had visited the tunnels since August. Merry Christmas to everyone! This was the last diving of the season at the mine. Thank you all the support from DUI - Diving Unlimited International, Subgravity, Juergensen Marine, Halcyon Dive Systems and Blue Water Divers!

The other two tunnels are named, using the diver's last names, Garlock and Eells, so we continued in that fashion. There are more tunnels to be discovered at this mine, so, by all means, if you wish one labeled after yourself, come and find one, we could use the help!

I cant find a pen in my briefcase, a brush in my kitchen, or obvious artifacts on a wreck....Im certainly not going to see a tunnel!
