Handy and innovative guys on this board....I need advise

Can anyone tell me where I can find tilt window sash balances. I know the size, I went the usual route, home depot and various one line outlets, thought I had a find at Suburban bldg supplies, Howell, but the less than helpful desk jockey, after two weeks waiting for a call, wouldn't look at an existing order in her shop to fine the name (I was there getting broken glass units replaced and saw what I needed but couldn't look)

I need about 10 possibly more. Thanks for the info in advance!!
