A little late but a day that should have been shared by all divers except Bart (the conditions were far to dangerous for him). Anyway, Konger and I would stray from the Tuna Siesure, sezure, seashore..(oh what's the difference I never see any tuna on the wrecks anyway) and make sure the Maranda was ready for the fall season. Now we have been diving on Capt Bills secret spot so often that we thought we could find it with my side scanner(Brian offered to get the numbers out of Bart's book but the price was to steep) So Konger put his thumb on the asbury tower and I lined up the sun with mine at 7:10am we knew we were close..Konger jumped the ball and I swear I nearly saw him hit the depths of the ocean.. I was able to get a 85 min cat nap awaiting him to surface.. So we weren't on Cappys secret lair but indeed we found some uncharted territory as Konger limited out on dive one with 5 plus size flatties, a huge bag of bugs and a 10+ tog.. I wasn't even going to dive this day but I was called very hurtful, nasty obscenities so I was forced to dress and dive against my will.. An hour went by and I came up very happy with a catch of my own.. 30+ vis 60° on bottom and very tropical..Konger would do another marathon and we would head back to the dock to clean fish all afternoon and then oh yeah we would test the nurses stitching skills at the hospital as Konger got a little nick on the pointer finger rendering him in divable for at least a week!
That is all as I am not the Bartman............
