Don't count on NOAA finding anything that has not already been discovered by a commercial fisher or researched and funded by a private dive operation. They are waiting to siphon off that information. Conduct outreach efforts with the technical and recreational dive community as well as commercial and recreational fishermen who frequent the area, to gain awareness of changes in the site
