Accident at Dutch Springs, Sunday August 18.

[ personal investigation by sysop: witnesses at
Dutch Springs state decedent was diving a
rebreather at the platforms on the Penninsula
side. These platforms are in 30' of
water. Additional details discussed have not
been corroborated [ events just before loss of
consciousness, type of machine, state of machine, gases etc., -sysop]

More Tests Slated On New Jersey Diver Who Died In Pennsylvania

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) A coroner says more tests
are needed to determine what killed a scuba diver
found dead at a former quarry in Pennsylvania.

Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim says an autopsy
was performed Monday on the body of 38-year-old
Eugene Fleysher of Saddle Brook, N.J.

But Grim said a ruling on the cause of death was
deferred pending toxicology test results.

Fleysher was diving at Dutch Springs, a former
cement quarry turned diving spot in Northampton
County’s Lower Nazareth Township, when he was
found unresponsive in the water Sunday.

The (Easton) Express-Times says the 50-acre Dutch
Springs quarry lake attracts about 30,000 divers a year.

The would be an older Semi closed SCR, if so. Atlantis 1 was the first version, then the Dolphin.

Don't know for sure, but it's been described as a Dolphin Rebreather.
