In islamorada and Key West three restraunts serving up our oceans newest invader . Now found on the reefs of the southern Atlantic from Indo Pacific waters, this aquarium fish has multiplied at an alarming rate without any natural threat until now!

Divers, get your poles and guns ready. Move over sea bass, black fish and fluke, these intruders are sweet, flaky, delicious white meat. They can be eaten off the bone or as filets. One large spine bone makes eating it "Cuban" style easy.

Sooooo, who has no natural predators now! Enjoy and eat without guilt. ....and please leave those poor moon snails alone

By the time they get up the Jersey coast the state will have a closed season on Lion fish,Its not even listed on the Jersey fish charts so till the state figures out what they are, who, what, when, and if there is other way to stop them.This will take years. Lots of tax money. before the vote comes in and the damage is done.And rember the Lion Fish has the pricks on the out side, The state has them on the inside
