With good bottom visibility last weekend on the Veronica M, we headed to the Spring Lake Sailor. Unfortunately, the visibility on the bottom was bad - probably 3-4 feet. I managed to get a few close up photos and posted the best one below. The saving grace for the dive was the nice lobster that I found in a 5-gallon bucket. It was probably the easiest lobster catch that I have ever made. The surface water down twenty feet was yellow, the mid water down to about 15' above the bottom was clear and the bottom visibility was bad. Water temp at the bottom was 62 degrees. We were going to move to the Sea Girt Reef but had a minor problem with the boat and headed in instead. Even a bad dive is better than being at work.
