Link: Gypsy Blood Dive Captain Jim Wilson
Sunday looked like it was going to be a great day. We headed out with a good group of divers for the Delaware. John Perozzi took the Gypsy Blood out of the slip, down the river, out of the inlet, into the open ocean and found his way to the Delaware. Nice job John.
Well we got there and sent everyone in and most came back up wondering where the Delaware was. The vis was so bad with the vis somewhere between 2 to 5 feet. We decided to bail on this wreck and head elsewhere.
So off to the Mohawk we went and when we arrived we found the Tuna Sesure there. After talking to Captain Bill we slid to the other side of the wreck. Everyone seemed very happy as the vis was much better here. Bottom temps are still just below 50 degrees.
The week we are running open boat trips;
Saturday May 24th - We are heading for the Stolt
Sunday May 25th - We are heading Sea Girt Wreck
