I found a ball point pen in Shark River inlet near the UW end of the north jetty last week. I was going to keep it, but my conscience is forcing me to search for its owner.
The claimant will have to describe the amount of ink remaining in the pen, indicated as a percentage of the pen's length.
WD40 lovers and other functional illiterates need not apply. This is not a crayon.
