Lady Godiver report 1/6/2012

Today we left the dock at Main One Marina with Stan, Bart, Harry, Scott and Rich on board. We headed out to our first wreck in 80 ft of water and sent Bart in for the tie in. Bart soon released the hook and came back on the boat as he saw that the wreck was covered with a gill net.
Next stop was the Sea Girt wreck where we got our first dive in. The bottom temp was 44 and vis 15 to 20 ft. We were hoping the wreck may have uncovered more but it was about the same. There were a few fish and many lobster ( all eggers) but nothing came up. Bart and Stan did manage to find a few artifacts .
Next stop was a wreck on the Sea Girt reef with slightly less vis and some mussels did come up.
Conditions were nice all day and it was nice to get back in the water after being out for so long. Hopefully we will get back into a regular schedule.
