On Saturday, June 9, the John Jack left the slip with a group of divers and motored out to the artificial reef Venturo Tug under the care of Capt. Rich and crew. The sun was out for most of the day and the seas were flat. Visibility was about 20' and my computer said 60F (maybe that is high but it has been unseasonably warm on the bottom so early). Plenty of blackfish and black bass on the wreck as well as cunners and jacks. Nice day on the water.
