Jack , John and I got out today and the surface conditions were the best we have had so far this year.
Our first stop was a very small snag where only I went in but I did not find anything worth while.
Next we headed out a little deeper to another small wreck and when Jack and John came up with loaded goody bags I figured this is going to be better than the first dive. It was spectacular with 20ft plus vis, warm bottom temps, tons for lobster and fish. I think Jack had 4 lobster up , John had 3 and I got two up to 3. 5lbs. Almost forgot about a monkfish that came up too.
As long as we had good conditions we figured we would not go too far and this decision also payed off. The next stop was only slightly deeper at 95 ft and once again lots of sea food came up. John managed a nice sea bass for 5lbs and both jack and John brought up lots of sea food. As soon as they were back on board I went in and could not believe the amount of fish. This site has definitely not been hit yet this year either.
We were going to hit another wreck on the way in but the coolers were full (we could not close the lids)and we all figured it could not get any better so we headed in content with the day.
