Jack, Stan, Bart, Robert and I got out today for some diving fun. First off the ocean was very calm all day and while it was overcast it was still pretty warm. Our first wreck was in about 85 ft off Long Branch where we had 10 to 15 ft of vis and about 41 f on the bottom. We did see lobster and only a couple of fish but it was thin pickings. Next stop was only about a mile away and conditions were about the same and a large cod was sited as well as several big bug way back in their holes. Stop #3 was to check out some new numbers and turned out to be a small rock pile(boring). Last stop #4 was in about 60 ft and was the remains of a steel commercial fishing boat and while we saw some nice tog we did not take anything. Bart got a nice anchor today and many fine artifacts in the 6 to 10oz range were recovered. Nice day on the water.
