Our mom is not equipped to bite humans, because she doesn't know how to bite humans when they're "accidentally" losing the connections to calls because she asked them a question they couldn't help her with, and they didn't want to admit their ignorance (which, after all, is no worse than her ignorance) and didn't want to transfer her to some human who could help What's a VNP? Our human was on the phone all day long with Geek Squad humans. They provided less than stinky service. They wasted all of her time. If she wants to get the sound working on her computer (not this one, but her newer computer), she'll have to disconnect it all and bring it into the Best Buyout store where the Geek Squad humans live. We have a feeling that's what she will do when she gets the time and is desperate enough. Mom doesn't care much about audio, but to do video meetings for work, she needs to be able to hear. She doesn't use her newer computer now, but this computer is on its way to the Bridge -- it has been for many years (it's running Windows 7 and is pretty dangerous to use), so eventually, her newer computer will have to have sound. But it couldn't be done the easy way, so now, mom will just have to suck it up, buttercup, and do it the hard way at some point.
