Jan 18th J fell 5 times in 1 day - last fall hit head and could not get back up off the floor. Went to ER and was in ER hallway for 3 days waiting for room - finally got private room in ER for 1 day. While in hospital they found 2 broken ribs and a brain bleed. When brain bleed was stable on Jan 21st J was transferred to a rehab facility. In isolation ward at rehab for 12 days incase of covid. Moved to room with horrible nasty roommate Jan 2nd then moved on 3rd to room with nice roommate. Meanwhile when Granny and I tried to visit Jan 23rd we were tested for COVID and we tested positive so we have not been able to visit at all. Granny got retested Feb 3rd - still positive. The plan is for J to finally escape from rehab and come back home on Feb 15th. Gretel really misses her mom and J misses all of you!
