Larry and his family don’t wear clothes, but they have amazing skin that can change color! Sometimes they’re bright green and sometimes they’re brownish. Mom calls it fascinating.

Our mom asks whether Larry the Lizard was wearing a leisure suit. She says there was a video game like that a long time ago. It sounds silly, to us. Why would a lizard named Larry wear a leisure suit? Wouldn't a lizard named Larry (or even named, say, Bob or Henry) wear a tuxedo instead?

You played with Larry the Lizard! You are my heroes! We played with a housefly earlier, but we accidentally sent it to the Bridge. Now we can't play with him anymore. But Larry...Larry might come back inside and play with you again someday. You just never know, do you? Maybe you can play with Larry again!

She thought I was chasing cat faeries and I didn’t disagree with her. Then she saw Larry on the floor. I almost had him, but Mom said I had to let her take him outside. Something about not getting enough ‘beams in our house to keep him healthy.
I hope he’ll come back to play again someday.
