She is not happy at ALL!!!! She just spent another two hours on hold to talk to a real person. A real person never came on the phone, but the phone line magically fixed itself -- which proves either gremlins are teasing mom, or the phone company is falling apart at the seams. All day yesterday, the phone line was broken, and mom spent about 3 hours on the phone with humans. A repairhuman was supposed to come on Sunday. Then, last night, she got an email saying the phone line was magically fixed, and she checked, and it was. This morning, at 6:00AM, she checked the phone line, and it was broken again. Now it's working. She is SOOO STRESSED OUT!!! Don't even tell us to go near her right now!!! Don't even suggest it!!!

Hekko. How are you we are finethankyouandyou. And you? Except our mom is very sad because she's having intermittent telephone problems. Because it's a landline, the phone company doesn't remember how to fix it and doesn't really care about it. Mom has been trying to fix this now for about 36 hours. The problem is on their end, not hers, so she feels helpless and hopeless. Well, of course, it's not a real problem. Technology problems are not real problems. They are pain-in-the-furry-neck problems. We know that, eventually, this problem will go away. *blinking in tandem* But mom sure is sad about it in the meantime. She's going: waaaaahhhh! We should lick her nose to try to make her feel allbettersoon. We're pretty sure that would help. But, first, we want to know what she'll do for us in return. That's not selfish or anything. That's just pragmatic. We are very good cats, even though we are pragmatic. You can tell we are very good cats since we smell good and practically never, ever stink at all.
