Lots of love, Lenny
I am truly disappointed that I will not be able to make this reunion. I have already pencilled in the first weekend in August for next year and I look forward to seeing many old friends.
Speaking of "old" , we must be getting there ourselves. Who ever thought that we would be involved in a picnic that starts at 8AM!!!!!!
I still have my original, class of '75 MTSFE t-shirt and I look forward to showing it off to my classmates one of these days.
Just for the history books I'll give this little background of what I've done since MT time.
I graduated from Stony Brook and moved to the city where I did stand-up comedy. I toured with the Catch-A-Rising Star theatre troupe and then got a job working the cruise ships with my, then, fiance. I got married in 85, bought a restaurnat in Maryland in '86. My daughter, Leila, was born in '88. Sold the restaurant in '92, got a master's degree from U. Md. moved to Fairfax, Virginia (America's #1 school system) and became a teacher in '93. I've been doing lots of community theater, rc airplane flying and general political muckraking. During the summers I play, play, and play.
Have a great time this weekend. Please accept my apologies for not being there. I will see you all next year.
