Source: from my collection of books, newspaper clippings from both Ottumwa and Des Moines, Iowa, magazines, etc.

It will be 45 years ago already on this July 29 when the Royal Wedding of the 20th century occured in London.

Lady Diana Spencer became H.R.H. The Princess of Wales on this date when she married Prince Charles.
