Thank you, Dawn! These are beautiful pictures and memories. I still love Diana's pink suit from that occasion.
The white gown was worn for Queen Beatrix's "return banquet" after the late Queen's Buckingham Palace banquet held previously during the visit. There are very few pictures of this banquet, and they're mainly stills from a news video of the occasion. I found a picture that contains three images of Diana from that first banquet.

The dinner with the two Crown Princes, among others, was the less formal event, probably in the early evening, during the Enthronement celebrations for Emperor Akihito in 1990.
