Great pictures once again, Dawn!
I think that the skirt of the green skirt is the first time that Diana wore an above-the-knee skirt in public. I hope that her knees weren't cold, because February, even in Portugal, is still February.
That blue evening dress was one of her prettiest. Perhaps she wore it first in the Gulf Tour of 1986. A lot of outfits debuted on foreign tours. I think that the Foreign Office picks up the bill for those. At least, that was the case years ago.
