This is a link to The Dress, the Emanuel dress that Diana famously wore to her first official engagement as the then Prince of Wales' fiancee. What a stunner after seeing her in mainly in the clothes she wore to work at the kindergarten!
I didn't see it on the news at the time, and I don't know whether it made the Regional newspapers, but it was in all the magazines. It's still iconic.
