Yes, I think that Diana had a couple of these quilted-fabric bags. They're from a particular designer whose name I don't know but who was mentioned somewhere in a post about them. I think that this one was the bag she had when embarking on the Britannia for the honeymoon.
In a nod to the Season, I think it's cool that the bag has red and green in the floral design as well as blue.
