The Queen joined the Princess of Wales and the Duchess of Sussex by wearing the red and purple block colors in the outfits. See the link:

I think that's the first time the Queen wore four squares of colors in the outfit, didn't she? Interesting that she approved to wear this dress, but somehow it looks all right on her.
