Only a few photos showed some royals wearing red on St. Valentine's Day. The queen and her mother, when I looked for photos that showed up on St. Valentine's Day, usually wore blue or any shade of that. There isn't that many photos of the Countess of Wessex on this day, either, and either was the Duchess of York.
There are a few ones of the Duchess of Cambridge.
