The Heat has Broken Posted by alex_7b on August 2, 2025, 10:39 pm Last few evenings have brought thunderstorms after hot afternoons. Now, it's cooler and rainy. I won't have to water. Rain held off today so I was able to cut the grass. Better days as the A/C can relax.

As a matter fact , today it’s just gonna be in the 70s, which is fantastic for August. This rain this week has made the yard green so I’m gonna try to get somebody to mow this afternoon. If it dries up, he said he would come because it’s supposed to rain a little bit every day this week . If so , I’tll never get it cut. If so, we’ll have to bail it and sell it for cow feed, lol.
