Crazy weather Posted by Barry Senatobia MS on April 3, 2025, 12:02 pm The weather has been terrible in the Mississippi delta of Arkansas,Tennessee and here in Mississippi. I dodged a bullet last night when a PDS Tornado passed just north of my house hitting near Hernando. I've measured 7.2 inches of rain since yesterday and golf ball size hail in two different storms. This isnt going away anytime soon. North Mississippi in full spring mode, lots of the flowering trees have finished up and summer heat is just around the door. Stay safe everyone.

Lots of flooding around here and daily temps near 90f does help but its raining very hard right now and we are under a tornado watch. I wish the rain would stop. Its going to be cooler here next week with lows in the upper 30s a couple of mornings and heard it could frost in some areas of Kentucky and Tennessee but I don't think south Tennessee will have any cold. This should be about the end of cool weather in the south. Thanks..
