The LOROPETALUM 'Zhou Zhu'is putting on new purple foliage. interesting how this plant blooms in winter, here. It'll probably get planted in the ground, next year...
Meet Joe. JOE PYE, that is. He is in full bloom, now. These plants are tall. Notice that they are up to the window, of my neighbor's window. Pollinators, like bees and butterflies ADORE the pink blooms of this plant...
Here is a new tropical fruiting plant, that I got, to add to my collection of tropical fruit plants. This is a young BARBADOS CHERRY/ACEROLA, Malpighia glabra. This is another tropical fruit, that will grow in a large container. The fruit is especially rich, in Vitamin C...

Alvin, lots of nice plants as usual! I hope the Monarchs find your Joe ZOye Weed. The z monarchs will thank you. There is an elementary school near me called Monarch. They’re a little mascot is the march of course, lol. The red flock show is gorgeous. That’s also a nice red on the Wigelia. My daughter has a nice fish bond and it has papas and some areas around it. I like that plant makes you think the dinosaurs might be lurking somewhere.. Lots of lLoropetulums Are grown here there’s a little dwarf form too. That’s kind of neat because the normal ones get so big. My phones acting weird today so I didn’t get to see all your plans it cut stuff off. I had to start tapping over twice so I’m gonna have a great day.
Thanks, Fred. The Loropetalum seems to be growing like a dwarf, especially by its slow growth. I have a small pond, in my yard, that I haven't used in the past few years. Raccoons get in it and really muddies up the water, knocking over sunken pots of plants, like waterlilies, in search of fish, I have not put in there for quite a few years. Too much hassle, having to deal with them.
