I have heard a lot of people very very dissatisfied after ordering. Don’t know first hand just what I have read over time on the web. I would not personally order from them for that reason

I would never order anything from them because they threatened to sue Dave's Garden Watchdog if they didn't remove their name from the list of horrible mail order experiences. They do operate with several different names. I've heard several people say they would never buy anything from them unless they visited the nursery in person and you can do this. They are located in Ty Ty Georgia and about 5 miles west of Tifton Ga. Ty Ty is just a couple of gas stations, a post office and Ty Ty Nursery on US 82 just west of the main Tifton Ga exit on I-75 exit 62 (62 miles north of the Fl/Ga state line) If I got as far as Tifton, Id visit other nurseries in search of the renown Tifton hardy Sabal palmetto. I knew nothing back then and ordered two Saw Palmettos that were rated zone 6 hardy by them! They were sorry looking palms that probably wouldn’t have survived anyways. Even with a leaf enclosure they died their first winter here. As Rob stated they have many bad customer reviews. What type of palms are looking to order?

Crepe and mimosa came with no leaves. All laying in the box. Magnolia.....had one leaf. haha mimosa died crepe has never bloomed. It 5 feet tall and gets full sun. No flowers....ever. So dont do it. haha The magnolia is doing fine but took years to get leaves.
