The soil and ground dry out very quickly here and that's not good. My region is primarily characterized by Alfisols and Ultisols. These soils are typically well-drained, deep, and loamy, often consisting of gravely or cherty silt loams. Much different than your native soils.
Looks like the Iran conflict is over (about time)
That will bring the gas prices down, way down.
