It's been raining here for 10 days and I may get my yard mowed today. It looks like a jungle here as everything is growing very well.
Not sure what the weather holds for us during a developing Super El Niņo. It's supposed to affect our weather until late spring/early summer of 2027.
Fred had concerns of a drought and so far we both have received good rains although we both were in severe drought.
I think it has improved a little.
South Carolina and Tennessee are experiencing significant, long-term precipitation deficits, with about 98% of South Carolina and 97% of Tennessee currently designated in active drought states. Georgia didn't look much better.
A new map releases Thursday and I hope to see improvements. Hope everyone had a good Memorial/Decoration Day. As a Vietnam Veteran I appreciate people still care.
