On to the garden.. Below are a couple new Macadamia nut trees, I got. I only ordered one, but they sent me a freebie, because something happened with the crop of the variety I originally ordered, back in December.
Now, in addition to the white Forsythia blooming, the YELLOW type has begun. I took a pic that shows both in bloom together. Something about the colors, remind me of "sunny side up eggs", for some reason, LOL.
Another CLIVIA is in full bloom, in my basement! This plant is in a huge, 2 foot across pot. A dolly is used to move it around. It has not been watered, since late October, when it came inside. Clivias are like cacti and succulents, as they can go months without water (especially, in winter, while temps in the basement stays around 50 degrees). Their leaves are straps, and leathery...
