Yeah, I hope Terry is good. His dad graduated from UT, not far from Harlan and that bonded us.
He always complained about his dead end state job there and that it was so far away from anything. (been there, done that)
I could go deeper but will just leave it as that.
The strangest thing I've ever seen, I could pull up my NWS forecast, then his in another tab, they would always be identical 
He had a strong z6b/chilly z7a, about 3 1/2 hours ENE of me.
All Appalachian backroads.
