How many years did it take for your Lady Banks to bloom? Some newer, grafted climbing roses can flower the same year planted, because they have encores all season. I heard that Lady Banks flowers on old wood, so I'm guessing that it'll be next year, minimum.
Thank goodness it isn't that warm here yet, lol. I'm just beginning to harden off some of my cool season veggies, to be transplanted into the ground, in about 2-3 weeks.
Record breaking heat in the SW.Phoenix recorded its hottest March temp, ever...something like 108!
