I agree with AJ and I did find something :

Characteristics: It differs from typical T. fortunei by having a much thicker, more hairy trunk, faster growth, shorter/stiffer leaflets, and larger, waxy seeds.
Hardiness: It is noted for exceptional cold tolerance, capable of withstanding temperatures down to approximately -4*f (-20*c)

Trachycarpus fortunei 'Wagnerianus' should fit that same description I would think.
