That is a really lovely vine, in bloom, Fred.
I tried to grow the double flower form, 'Pride of Augusta', here. The one you have, is the regular, single-flowered form.
I managed to get Pride of Augusta through several winters, but it never flowered. I planted, the supposedly hardier, single-flowered strain, "Margarita', last fall. I'll see if it survived the winter.
